Wedding or Event consultations
Perfect for those who want to plan their own day but are time poor or just don’t know how to get started with planning their wedding or event.
Included is a 20 minute phone call to get some basic information on your needs and a 1 hour meeting to discuss ideas, concepts, budget and help with supplier suggestions based off your phone discussion. We will also present you with a quote within your budget and all information on contacts to book your wedding yourself.
Wedding consultations with Emma are available for $330
Wedding consultations with Sara $450.
Wedding consultations are redeemable for the on day coordination & freelance packages if you decide to book with us! Due to our increase in demand we no longer offer complimentary consultations for freelance events
L&L co. Events is available on request for weddings, private events & corporate functions at a venue of your choice between northern NSW and South East Queensland.
Our freelance package takes care of everything from your initial consultation we design your day your way, you can be involved as much or as little as you like all we need you to do is set the budget, we will take care of staff, set up, pack down, supplier management, runsheet, styling and all the little details in between.
Minimum spend of $3,500 applies to full planning requests.

Due to our increasingly busy schedule catering management is usually only available with our other services.
Our Antipastio stations start at $9.90pp (min spend $550).

Modern Roast share platters served per table from $42.90pp
Signature share platters from $53.90pp
waitresses $35 per hour ($525 average spend for 100 guests)
For events that don’t have a kitchen on-site we can help you arrange a coldroom and oven.
